Using Bible Journal

Bible Journal allows you to create journal entries, receive personalized Bible verses, and optionally share uplifting content within a community.

User Content

• You retain ownership of your journal entries and content.
• By submitting content, you grant us permission to use it internally to provide personalized services.
• You agree not to submit illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.
• Upon deleting your account, your data is managed according to our Privacy Policy's data retention terms.

Intellectual Property

• Bible verses are either public domain or licensed from third parties.
• App design, logos, and trademarks belong exclusively to Bible Journal Inc. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Subscriptions & Payments

Bible Journal offers two subscription plans:

• Monthly Verse Access (monthly billing)
• Connected Journal Plan (monthly billing, includes community features)

Subscriptions are securely processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using RevenueCat. They auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings.

Refund requests and billing inquiries must be directed to Apple or Google directly, as we do not process payments or refunds ourselves.

Social Logins

All logins use third-party authentication providers (Google, Apple). We do not directly store or access your passwords.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any features, notifying users via App or email about significant changes.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms or for other reasonable causes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages from App usage.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be handled exclusively by state and federal courts located in California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued usage after updates constitutes acceptance.
